Scene Start if Home Center 2 Starts can't be unckecked

if I make a new scene or change a scene with the blocks, the option "Start if Home Center 2 Starts" can't be unckecked.... So every scene will start if HC2 will reboots...

Is this a bug?

and what is the trigger? when using any kind of timer based things, scenes will now get automatically this option selected
