Philio 4 in1 sensor learning mode error on inclusion :(

Any reset exlude include dont help its same problem like previous version of system :(

Are you sure that the device works fine?

The device should have a template and was tested with our system.

What software version does the device have?

@askpc, can you exclude/include different devices than Philio?

 

Learning more error can conclude, that there could be some issue on HCL side in exclusion/inclusion process. Maybe Z-Wave chip needs reflash.

    Older philio  3 in 1 works fine.My hcl is clean set up on 4.140. Only exlude mode works.

    Firmware V 1.17.(from backup previously included)

    Apparently @Julian83 solved the problem with the non functioning motion sensor in this post: 

    I myself have struggled with this problem for almost two years now, so nice to finally be able to use my Philio sensors for motion detection again.

    SOLVED :)
    DEVICE MUST BE DEINSTALLED TO ADD.(BOOTH TaMPERs SWITCH MUST BE OFF).
    IT WORKS AGAIN :)
