Fibaro Intercom for iPad

Hi, on some ipads the Fibaro intercom apps rings and makes a noise, on some other ipads, it is silent so don't know if someone is ringing, apart from the visual indicitor. I've checked the sound on the ipads and they are all perfect. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

What iOS version are those iPads? Are they all equal?

 

You checked the sound on, let's say, YouTube app right? But what about ringer volume? There are two separate volumes of media files and ringer sound.

From latest iOS versions there are two volume settings (general volume and ringer and alerts):

Thanks, problem is the ipad is built into the wall and it makes it difficult to press the physical volume buttons. Will check the settings. Thanks for your help
