Motion Sensor Lost Connection

Question

Posted

Hi,

i have a long standing Fibaro motion sensor which became a dead node a couple of weeks back. So I forced comms.

Then i soon realised it hadn’t come back.

Tge unit nit is detecting motion as it lights up correctly, but it’s not reporting to HC2.

Ive changed the battery to no avail!

Can anybody suggest anything other than replacing it?

thanks

Did you do full reset on device first?

    uninclude

full reset back to factory of sensor

    reinclude

No, I didn’t. I’ll try that this morning and report back.
