Home Centre 2 - Lights on Nobody Home

Question

Posted

Hi,

can anyone help me? I have my Home Centre 2 with all blue lights on, with light flashing above the spanner, network light on the switch port it is plugged into but I cannot access or see the unit on the network. I have tried turning off and then back on but no difference. Any ideas on how to cure this?

Thanks

Best Regards

Geoff

Your HC2 has not started and therefore you will not access it on the network.
Try removing the Recovery Stick and see if it starts without it.
If your HC2 starts, then you can reinstall the Recovery stick.

Contact Fibaro support if this did not help.

    Hi,

thanks for your response, that seems to have worked. Does this mean that my recovery stick is now knackered? How can I get a new one or reformat it?

    Best Regards

    Geoff
