Dimmer 2 lacks dimming function

Question

There is no possibility to dim bulb I can only switches on and off, during calibration I can see that dimming works correctly. I tried resetting the device etc. 

Any suggestions will be appreciated  :)

what kind of bulb are you trying to use?

LED? (ha-ha)

Hi @kickonhigh,

 

The fact that you visually perceive a process of dimming and brightening does not mean that it is done in a proper way considering technical conditions. Maybe our module still thinks that this light is incapable of dimming due to some other parameters.

 

However, you can check the parameter 33, which should indicate whether our module recognized it as a dimmable or non-dimmable source of light. Moreover, you can try to change parameter 32 to 0.

  • many thanks for fast support @I.Srodka , I tried this parameters earlier but in the end turned out that bulb was not to able  dim but on the packages there was icon with capability of dim ... :)

    and reseller exchanged faulty one.

     

    @10der - nothing worth ...
