Remote access and push notifications offline

I have created test scenes to check the Push Notifications and they do not work. I also tried to send a test email, which also did not work. 

 

I then tried restarting the HC2 and then sending out the test Push and Email. That did not fix the Push or Email notifications.

 

The spinning Icon on the configuration page, where the upgrade firmware should be was spinning, but after reboot and 5 min wait it stopped spinning and shows correct Beta available.

 

I will wait and see if the above message has been actioned and fixes the issues.

I'm glad it is fixed now. I hope Fibaro take necessary actions so such an important function of the service don't go down again unnoticed. Many rely on push messages for important functions like alarm functions. Now it was offline during the weekend and no one at Fibaro answered or solved the issue until today.

 

Sorry if it seems like I'm grumpy, but when my HC2 was broken this summer, I had to rely on another brands gateway until the HC2 was fixed. And that brand have big issues to solve when it comes to reliability. I'm tired of seeing service failures after having them all the summer, and I did not expect to see that with the HC2 and Fibaro.

 

Anyway, glad it is fixed now.

HC2 4.130 no push notifications, no emails. Just restarted, still no push or email.

Sorry, but for me, the notifications are gone. Not again because i did not have problems yesterday and the day before but I do have them now, including the running circle in the 'settings-page. Restart does not help.
