No products in Fibaro Uk shop

Is Fibaro pulling out of uk?  

 

There are are no products currently listed in the Fibaro UK trade shop, when I phoned to enquiry they said there was no stock of any product lines and to phone back in two weeks for an update??

Hi @elbee and welcome to Fibaro forum!

 Fibaro products are available in UK and they will receive new Fibaro radiator thermostat next week. Also according to some sources Fibaro will add UK wall plug to their list of products so I don't think that they are pulling out of UK.

    Yes I agree that  vesternet currently has stock but I (as most installers do) buy directly from Fibaro UK as a trade customer BUT suddenly there is no stock  available at all from the Fibaro shop.co.uk  ( you have to have a trade login to sign in to this portal)  when I phone Fibaro they say there is no stock "AT ALL" and no idea when stock will be available in the UK........and no response to my concerned emails either . The whole thing is a real worry to be honest!

     

    The agent on the trade phone line  did let slip that they were  " RELOCATING". The office but nothing more.??

     

     

     

    FIBARO WE NEED SOME CLARITY Please?  And I need some stock for my customer projects!

    Fibaro UK was not owed by Fibaro 

    I was told there will be a Fibaro uk subsidiary next year

    Any update

     

    Reading some posts, im wondering if Fibaro is basically dead....
