FGD-211 dead?

Hi,

I had to open the module, see the picture, is this black thing normal (to protect or whatever) or does it mean it is dead?

currently I'm not able to switch off the light, it remains ON, even switching it to OFF from Jeedom or from the real physical button.

Jeedom does report a change (ie 0 if I switch off or 255 if I switch ON but no impact on the light, BTW I can monitor 220V between O and N, always 220V)
