Fibaro server unresponsive to alexa

Hello, I've just started my set up with fibaro, installing equipment as I renovate each room in my house. I've had my amazon echo linked with my fibaro account and have been controlling lights etc with the voice control, but now alexa can't seem to access fibaro server to control equipment or find new equipment. I changed nothing but yesterday it just stopped working, alexa is just saying the server is unresponsive. I disabled the fibaro skill on amazon and re-done my account log in but still no. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, marc

Hi @Marcgtt!

 

1) Check whether you have any special characters in names, try to keep them simple (without repetition as well).

2) How many devices do you have connected to your Home Center 2.

3) How fast is your internet, isn't it capped for breaching monthly data cap.

 

Finally, please PM your HC serial number.

    Hi I.srodka, 

    Thanks for your reply. The names are simple amelias light, kitchen light etc, and it was working before. I have purchased over 30 devices for the entire house but only installed 3 so far. My Internet is unlimited broadband with sky. Fast enough I would of thought. As alexa is saying the accounts are linked but the server is unresponsive, is it maybe the hc2 is not allowing access, when I use the alexa app to search for new devices like the one I've just installed in the kitchen it doesn't find it or any existing. Thanks, marc

    Do you have your remote access turned on in Home Center settings?

    The remote access is on, below that is remote support which has an option button of "turn on for 7 days"
