Problem with remotec zxt 120

Question

Posted

Hello All,

Im having some strange problems with my zxt 120s controlling my Aircons.  I havent used them in approximately 9 months as summer is hitting again now.  I only use them to cool my house and control the aircons.

All the zxts are using version 1.20 of the firmware.  None of them seem to have a template in the hc2.

The main issue im having right now though is if I change the temp at any stage (up or down) it changes the setting to 'heating'.  Alsp on top of that if I set temp and set it too cooling after some time it changes itself to dry air???

Anyway firstly is there a firmware upgrade for these devices, if so where do you get it from and how do you upgrade them, and how do I fix the phantom changing of settings when I change the temp on the devices?

Regards

Mobbie

Hi

I have had about the same problems when I started my Remotec.
You must set to "Device excluded from polling" in advanced settings, I need to have this option, otherwise it will change some settings that you describe.

Hi,

I have the same problem, where I will find this option: "Device excluded from polling"? :(
