Neo Coolcam wall plug - no power

I have Neo wall plug, it work as it should (on/off, voltage) but doesn't show power consumption. I wondering if someone is using this plug and managed to read power data ?

Hi Bestb,

 

one topic is enough for the same subject.

 

There is still no template for this device. You will need to add parameters.

 

parameter 1 should have value 1 to  send power consumption

I have a few of them running with HC2 and power consumption works on all of them. Have you tried to soft reconfigure ?

If that's not working, try re -include them.
