Fibaro Swipe constant buzzing

I just purchased a Fibaro Swipe and I was trying to perform the inclusion when it started buzzing constantly and the red light is blinking.  I've done all I can to try to reset it and stop the buzzing, but nothing has worked.  Can anyone help me with this device?

Could you change the power adapter, use a different charger?

Some chargers with unstable current may cause such behavior.

I had the same problem and I tried by :

- changing power adapter - NOTHING

- resetting the device by a button inside the device - NOTHING

- changing for battery supply - NOTHING

 

I still have constant buzzing and blinking red light.

Could you help me with that strange situation
