LUA version

Hi

 

Have not dig into it yet. But is there anybody out there that knows what LUA versions there are in the different HC2  firmwares? Asking as I am looking at LUA features that does not exists in to old versions. For example "Variable Number of Arguments" with function calls like function xxx(yy, ...) I had a few other things on my mind as well.

 

Any one?

That's weird my HC2 also v4.150

fibaro:debug(_VERSION)

says

[DEBUG] 18:02:30: Lua 5.1

It seem I on 4.150 have 5.1

 

Why do these versions differ between the same HC2 firmware? Fibaro staff????

 

How can I raise my LUA to your version @PreHack ?

11.2014   I got my HC 2
04.2015   got it replaced
05.2017   did a full reset and set it up from zero
Did every update and often even beta

 

I'm not sure why I have 5.2, I found out it is only in scenes. I get 5.1 in VD.

Thats makes it even more strange. My HC2 is ordered january 2017, is fully updated to 4.150. And as said, I have LUA version 5.1

 

A response from Fibaro would be appreciated here...

Ahhh. I have not checked in scenes, just VDs. Maybe another sandbox environment

In scenes it gives 5.2

Seems to be right, in a scene the goto statement works, but in a VD I get an error
