Hi

I bought used Switch, unfortunately I cannot pair it with HCL. I opened the module and it looks like the biggest capacitor is bended. Additionally 8 cannot see capacity. Does anyone know what value has this capacitor? I hope that after replacing it will work again.

first unpair it, and then pair it again.

Tried many times. No success. Resetting, removing and pairing...

Looks like capacitor is broken. Has some bends.

Maybe someone has open Switch and could read the value on this capacitor.

I've sent module to Service Fibaro and received answer:

    (...)

Your modules was open and will be scrapped if you will not collect this in 2 weeks.

Below is a link to our distributers (...)

    Great :/

To tell the full story it is worth mentioning that you desoldered some elements from our module. It seriously violated our warranty terms, the outcome couldn't be different.

The lesson from this incident is as follows:

    - don't buy used one (you don't have any certainty that somebody before hadn't tampered with it)

    - don't try to repair it on your own if you plan on sending it to us
