Android Issue - No Widgets on HTC A9

Hi I have 2 issues with mobile apps, I have an HTC A9 and for the life of me cannot see the Fibaro Widgets (Fine on the android tablets and Galaxy S6 ) but nothing on the HTC any ideas?

 

Secondly I have a Heating controller the Horstmann and a few weeks ago I could see it on the app and adjust the heating, now it says I don not have any apps of this type.

Hello,

Can you add any widgets at all? Or can you choose the widget from the list but it does not show up on your screen?

Hi sorry for the delay, attached is a screen shot of the screen i get when trying to add the heating controller

 

Missing from the App image (Blue Background) is the word No
