Hello,

I have the same issue for the past 2 months or so. In this time I have tried different solutions with no result, including the Fibaro official support. Their last message indicated that the problem is either that the provider has blocked the outgoing port 22 or that there is an issue with the main process supporting remote access on my HC2 and I should perform recovery procedures. I did both. Checked with my internet provider and the 22 port is not blocked. Performed the recovery procedure. Still no fix... Not really sure what else to try. If anybody has some pointers, I would be grateful.

Thank you

You should try changing the DNS in Configuration\Lan Settings to 8.8.8.8. and see if this does the trick.
If not, contact our support but remember to enable the remote support in the same tab.
