Local password

Having just bought a new tablet i forgot my local password.  I can log in remotely..... Seting up the app it asks for user name password, that is fine, but then it asks for local connection . I put in name and press forgot password. It says look at email how to reset, problem is after a number of attempts an email n ever turns up. I only have one email and it is working as i use it for remote connection. Any body had a similar problem?

Is the problem still present? If not, could you please post a screenshot of the exact moment the issue occurs?

    No I just did a complete system reservation reset and luckily I  had a back up so I  could start with about 70% of what I had previously set up. 

     

    Regret buying it as support is none existent and it certainly is not user friendly at all.
