Aeotec LED Strip HC2

Hi,

 

Has anyone had any experience of getting the Aeotec LED Strip working with the HC2?

 

I can get it to turn on and dim but cannot get any colours working.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Don't hold your breath. It took them about 3 years to come up with something for the Aeotech RGBW bulb, but what they came up with was worse than doing nothing. You can change the colour of the bulbs now, but they no longer show up as a light device, don't have the rainbow option, and they don't show up as anything at all on your mobile device.

I did have a virtual device set up for the bulb previously that allowed me to pick 1 of 8 colours and set it to rainbow so that it would slowly cycle through thousands of colours, so maybe search for the virtual device for that bulb on here. I stupidly deleted it when I loaded the official fibaro template.

Hi,

 

Same problem for me too.  After contacting support, I updated to the latest HC2 firmware (4.154), reconfigured the mesh network (entire network) and did soft reconfiguration of the device but still no luck.  I also tried deleting and adding the Aeotec LED strip but I can only still get it to turn on and dim but no colours.

 

Does anyone have any advice/suggestions on this?  Are there parameters I can add to resolve it?
