Fibaro Button not working

Hi everyone,

 

I have two fibaro buttons and they have stopped working for some reason. 

They add to the HC2 fine, and i can remove them ok, but the presses, 1 2 3 4 5 etc don't do anything. 

 

The HC2 says it has good battery status.

 

I have seen some articles online that this is just a bad product. Does anyone have any experiences or fixes?

Once I got a new one because of the same issue as you describe. The new one is better but far from perfect. One time out of five it doesn’t work. I suspect that it has problems with waking up. Sometimes it helps if I hold the button down a few seconds and sometimes it start responding if I press it several times. Sometimes I have to remove the battery.

 

Probably, the Fibaro button is a beta product that was released to early.
