SMOKE SENSOR FGSD-002 Malfunction Detected

Question

Posted (edited)

Hello,

I own a Fibaro smoke sensor for the last 5 months, last day it started to beep once a couple of second and I got this message in the Fibaro Home Center Lite dashboard:

[17:42:38] ID 5: System hardware failure. Read the manual.

After reading the manual it seems that the device detected a malfunction. How can I fix this?

Same here...

I have several smoke sensors, but this one remains problematic. It beeps regularly as if it lost connection or battery are empty (but both aren't) and now I also get this system hardware failure error since this afternoon..

@abpostelnicu, did you find a solution?
