I just don't get that... I ordered over month ago and company still can't send it to dealers. What is going on out there ? "Sorry" and "sorry" all the time...

Hi @ocollus,

 

Since release, when heat controller comes to us from Fibaro, it is immediately ship it to Fibaro dealers or retail shop. We had so many preorders, that we hope it will calm during January.

 

You may be just in long line, that waits for heat controller.
