Vision Security VISEZS5101-5: Doesnt Work with HC2

Question

Good Morning,

I have some problem to use the Vision Shock Sensor with my HC2.
 
The product is the follow: Vision Security VISEZS5101-5 Z-Wave Shock Sensor

Im able to include the device, but when the shock occur,  is not transfered to the HC2. 
 
Any Idea?

    • Choose the device and tap the Advanced menu.
    • Scroll down to the button with Associations and click it.
    • Here you can see if the device is associated to anything - in your case in particular the Homecenter. There will normally be two areas to associate the device: 0 and 1. Go into each area and click on the top level. Associate each level with the homecenter 2 in the multichannel field.

     

    See if that helps!

    How can i set to M? The checkbox is missing.....

    I dont see Endpoint 1 but Only Endpoint 0.....

    Not all devices can use multi channel so you should be good. Single channel is the most basic form for communication between your device and the Homecenter. I am a bit puzzled by the fact that you only have Endpoint 0. That is communication to the device's basic part.

    Can you make an Endpoint 1 just to rule out that possibility?

    Hmmm... How can i add an EndPoint 1? I see only the button to "Add Group" and no to add End Points...

    Using a Scenario that trigger the device the alarmLevel & alarmType are correclty setted and changes their state. So the workaround is a scenario, but id like to implement the device without the workaround....

     

    What do u think about?
