RBGW controller recovery

Question

Posted

Hi all,

There is a problem with my RBGW Controller and I hope you can help.

I have the Z-Wave.me/Razberry controller and the RBGW controller worked correctly before.

Then, I updated the Razberry firmware to the latest 2.3.6 so I removed all devices from the network beforehand (via exclusion).

After the update. I tried to include the RBGW controller again, but it doesn't work at all (other devices work).

Then I tried the reset procedure:

1. Disconnect voltage supply.
2. Press and hold the B-button located inside Fibaro RGBW
Controller's casing.
3. Connect voltage supply still holding the B-button.
4. Release the B-button.
5. B channel will turn on (blue channel).
6. Disconnect power supply.

This also doesn't seem to work, as the LED B channel didn't turn on, and also inclusion still doesn't work.

The supply voltage is correct (12V), as are  the  connections to the RBG LED strip.

Does anybody know how to recover my RBGW controller? Any way to reflash the firmware manually? Or ways to debug what's going wrong?

Thanks!
