Door Lock Synchronization

Hi

 

I have a Yale Keyfree door lock included into my HC2 Which presents itself with Lock and Unlock buttons, that seem to work, most of the time, albeit with a delay sometimes.

 

In the 'Devices' > 'Advanced' tab, I see:

A triangular icon showing an exclamation mark. 

and:

When I click the button,

- the icon changes to 2 rotating arrows and progress bar appears underneath. 

- nothing appears in the notification box at the top

- The text changes to:

Please login or register to see this code.

After 5 minutes or so the icon changes back to the Triangle and the progress bar doesn't get past about 5%, but the text doesn't change (still says "Synchronization with the main controller is in progress...")

 

Nothing in the Notification center or Event panel that indicates anything is going on.

 

Can somebody tell me if it is actually still doing something or if it's not working, how to get it working?
