Unable to do a factory reset

Question

Posted

Last night i tried updating the software on fibaro home center lite via the iOS app.

Shortly after i lost connection to it.

Today i tried finding it via fibaro finder, no luck.

Looked through my routers "connected devices", not there.

The lights on the fibaro home center lite just keep flashing in order. (X = lights on)

X O O O X

O X O X O

O O X O O

O X O X O

X O O O X

I have tried unplugging the power, no difference.

I have tried a factory reset (holding power and plus button at a the same time), no difference.

It seems stuck somehow.

What to do?

I deleted a user account in it, with the same result.

Did the recovery several times to no awail

Still so pissed, I have not tried to connect to it directly @192.168.81.1 yet!.

But I do assume this is how you get it up and running again in the same

state as it was when new.

It seems that it has some memory problem. Try contact Fibaro support ([email protected]) and your local local dristributor with this issue. And please, check this before contacting Fibaro:

Did you tried to connect Fibaro to your monitor and check in what process your HC got stuck?
