HCL v. 4.080 trying to update to 4.160. After accepting the changes and pressing Install update I get a message Access denied! Access forbidden 403. The alarm panel is in disarmed state. Can anyone help?

Did You connect with HCL in local network ??

Try restarting the HCL and then verifying that it has an internet connection..
