[SOLVED]Motion Sensor cannot be added to a room

Question

Posted

Hi Community

I am desperated. I can add the motion sensor to Fibaro Come Center 2. The Sensor works, show the temperature, LUX, anything is OK. But I am not able to add it to a room - see pictures.

My rooms are not available. I have added a button and I could add the button to a room without any problem, but with the motion sensors (I have 2) it does not work. I have tested with 4 different browsers, on windows 7 and windows 10.

 Thank you for your help

Marc

Thank you for your help. The Problem was the browser. Google did not work, neither Opera, IE worked. This forum is a kind of poor, people are not very helpful or don't know answers for such an easy question. And it is poor from Fibaro, that you have to test with different browsers...

The real reason may not be at browser such as chrome, opera, etc - in such case you would receive help, because more people would have same issue. The real reason could be at your chrome, opera and other bowsers - you may have specific installation, proxies, browser addons, etc.

I didn't want to say that but that might be the case.

It is also important to check incognito mode which opens a little cleaner environment (without cache, cookies, etc.).
