Alarm Panel Notifications Issue

Hi All,

 

I'm using the Alarm Panel in the fibaro homecenter and I'm having an issue with the notification system. When the alarm goes off I'm the only one that is getting a notification that the alarm went off. All other users of the system are not getting the e-mail/push notification. I already looked in the user administration and i have checked the box about receiving notifications. Why are they not getting the notifications? 

 

By the way, I'm superusers, other users are normal users.

How are you setting your alarm to send other users push or email notifications? Are they getting pop-up notifications?

Hi @A.Smolinski, I'm not sure whether I understand your question completely. I'm using the notification system in alarm panel. The issue that I have is that i'm the only one getting the push messages / email notifications. Other users do get disarm alarm pop-up when they enter the fibaro app.

 I got same issue before 2 weeks. Just a single user can get Notifications (email, push). Even Admin account did not get Notifications. Why this is happening? Is there any limit on Push Notifactions or email from Fibaro Server?

Have you tried settig up a scene to send push notifications to those users once the alarm is triggered? It should look a bit like this one:
