Serious Issues with roller shutter 2

Hello

 

I am facing serious issues with roller shutters 2. This is the third time i am changing the roller shutter 2 .

 

All have the same issues. 

 

ISSUE :

 

After a month or two, Roller shutter stops working . They can be operated by switches but cant be operated by mobile or computer ( remotely and wirelessly). 

 

Then i tried to reset the module By B-Button procedure. Alas !! b-button stopped working. No led menu no led blink, nothing is there .

 

Is there any other method to reset ?

 

I cant afford to lose more plz. Is there anykind of solution please tell ....

Hi @Jibran ,

 

Have you tried performing the exclusion process by using the button connected to the S1 terminal? It should work the same as a B-button in inclusion as well.

Hello @Jibran,

 

Can you try tu put module out of installation box with switch connected and check LEDs, if LED is lit during shutter motion? That would leave just B-button broken.

 

If B-button is necessary for your Fibaro instalation, then i would go for warranty.
