Hi,

 

I just received my HC2 and it seems to be DOA.

 

When booting it for the first time the three LEDs to the right and the recovery LED is on. I enter the IP given to the HC2 in my browser and gets to the recovery page. I try to do the recovery but I get "Error#4 No system disk". I cannot exit the recovery mode in any way.

 

Anyone who had the same issue? Any suggestions?

The internal USB-key should be plugged in!

Contact [email protected] or call +48 (61) 8801000 during Poland business hours. Be patient.
Maybe they can help you remotely through SSH.
