Hi ,

I am tryin to add an installer to access my account remotely for troubleshooting but it gives me an invalid email error. can someone support pl!

Search the forum for a thread I posted on this topic. I believe there was response from Fibaro on how to get this working. I cannot recall all details. Vividly remembered need to create the installer account on id.fibaro.com first, then logon to home.fibaro.com, finally add the installer email address in HC2 and follow the steps.
