The same with me. (HC2)

 

Rather new to Fibaro as a controller (have done 250+ Fibaro devices, but using various different controllers), I have difficulty in reaching a restricted GUI (phone of PC/tablet) for users. I.e. withhout configuration menu end so and so forth.

 

Tried Hotel mode, expecting this might be the answer, but it simply swtches itself off.  Tried everything thinkable to get it working. I noticed people reporting this issue since the end of 2017.

 

I am too having difficulties in switching from user role using my phone (Android, had to remove the entire app). It seems impossible to just log out as user X and next log in as user Y.
