Good Morning Guys,

 

how often is the thermometer temperature updated?

The update rate seem very very very low...taking a look on the event  panel, seems that change few times per day.......

Any experience?

The BLE probe sends data to the FGT every 10 minutes. But the FGT-001 4.0 only sends updates when temperature changes by +/- 0.5 °C.

So although you do not see many updates, the temperature reported is accurate to within +/- 0.5 °C.

I think firmware 4.3 adds reporting after a few hours, so you get more data points than the previous version, but it is still very low, to save battery.

You can trust me... I have verified this (by mounting a DS18B20 next to the probe)
