Can TRV use motion sensor temp?

Hi,

Just bought the TRV to try and already have a motion sensor with the temperature sensor built in.

Can the TRV use this external sensor to operate from or will it only use the separate Bluetooth sensor that is available?

If you type "FGT-001" in the "search" field at the top of this page, you'll get an answer to that question, and more! But I'll tell you the answer is BLE sensor only.

Your motion sensor probably is not in the right spot to measure temperature anyway.
