Question

Posted (edited)

Hi, I run 4.170 on my Homecenter2 and experience a lot of latency. Lua scenes that worked fine on previous software versions now has major latency up til 30 seconds from trigger to action. Even for just turning on a lamp via the iPad app or through a browser.

Biggest problem: I have a scene in my hall which turns on the light when there is movement. The hardware consist of a Fibaro Pir and a Fibaro switch.  Sometimes the scene works as expected but in 2 out of 10 times the scene has latency and the light is turned on 20-30 seconds after movement. I can see that the Pir is reacting to movement but apparently the Homecenter2 cannot be bothered. This is a major pain in the aXX and makes it difficult to rely on a home automation system build on Fibaro devices. The Lua scene debug screen tells me nothing.....

.... and yes; I have a lot of free RAM on my Homecenter2 and the center is mostly idling with only 2-5 % workload. And I have tried resets so many times that the Danish Govermnent is thinking about putting a tax on resets....

I am also facing same issue. But no proper response from Fibaro Support team. They are asking me to keep passion till next update. This is the worst experience I have from Fibaro support team.
