[SOLVED]Unable to add device?

I have connected up my fibaro dimmer 2 module (no bypass) and this is the first one i have gone to add the device and its got stuck:

 

[18:36:19] Home Center in learning mode
[18:36:37] Device added
[18:36:37] Add node status protocol done
[18:36:37] Adding devices complete
[18:36:37] Adding devices complete

 

it seems to do this every time i try add this device. all my other devices have been fine. any ideas? obviously power cycle etc all been done

I had similar instance with a couple of devices. Remove the device then add it again worked for me.

Sensors indicate noob! i must have added it before when i wired it up before and ive been trying to add a device which is already in my HC. Doh
