Video gate Push notification for iOS devices not working!

As I noticed that push notification for ios devices is not working in video gate(Panels-Linked devices-video gate...)


and also is there anyway I can turn off this push notification for those phones which don't have this notification to pop up.

Which firmware are you using for the HC2?
