Fibaro UBS hangs - reconfig needed

Hi all,

I have a Fibaro UBS (version 2.1) connected to a foscam webcam, to know in HC2 when the webcam is breached. Problem is that sometimes (probably after multiple breaches in a relatively short time, which happens because webcam is outdoor) the sensor stops breaching and even power off/on doesn't help: the only thing that works is a soft reconfigure of the UBS.

Does anybody know for example a Lua command to reset the UBS without soft reconfiguring it?
