Deleted room with units attached

datathomas

Question

I accidently deleted a room that had two buttons attached :-( and now have no contact with the two buttons so I can add them to another room.

Tried to reset with5 clicks and 5sec down. Also replaced the battery but no sign of the buttons.

They do not appear in either remove or add. One button is aboyut 3 months an the other 1 month.

How can I get them active again?

  • Yes Sir,

Tried to remove first but there seem to be no communication

Also Tried to reset the button by clicking 5 times and then holding it down 5 sec.

    No sign of life.

As for now they are turned off (battery out) since yesterday. Will check again tomorrow.

Is there sometging I can do in the HC Lite?

Then I'm afraid you have to contact our support. There's not much more I can do in this case.
