Back up in recovery mode

vmuscariello

Question

I have an HCL. this unit has a problem of freezing but I know I'm not the only one. Lot of users are facing this problem since years and the support don't give us a solution, too busy to participate to the fairs all around the world.

Anyway I'd like to restore a backup from recovery mode. Will be it available or resetting the unit I'll delete even the backup stored? thx a lot

I have no idea what you mean. Can you try explaining this idea?

  • I need a simple information. If I run recovery mode and I reset controller HCL, is there the chance to restore from a backup saved or erasing the HCL I'll loose even the backup stored?
