Question

Posted

Is it possible to reach the z-wave network configuration file, in the control panel, and modify it manually, according to your needs?
Thank you.

What exactly are you trying to do?

I have a plant with more than 100 modules.
    Sometimes I have problems:
    The scenarios act late;
Sometimes the commands are not executed.
I have the doubt that, in some cases, the radio signal tries to be repeated for more than 4 modules.
    This is impossible.
So, I wanted to correct any pre-addressing errors in the mesh network.
Am I wrong? Do you have any suggestions?
Should I associate another control unit via the LAN network?
    Thank you.

How many scenes are you running?
    How's your CPU usage?

    I'm using only 27 scenarios.
I will have to use many more.
The control unit is used, only for home automation management, of a large dwelling: Lighting, Loads, Temperature Management, Roller Shutters, etc.
For this purpose I bought the biggest ECU: HC2.
Ram is 50%; Storage is 50%; The CPU is less than 50%.

    Thank You.

Are there any old devices that may be unconfigured?

Try excluding those devices and see if that solves anything.

OK. I will do it and then I'll let you know.

    Unfortunately it went wrong.
Forcing the Elimination of modules that are gone, 40% of the modules have disappeared.
By invoking the backup, unused modules reappear.
The problems are getting worse now.
3 motors have been activated for shutters for no reason causing damage with physical shock.
Modules have been activated and deactivated without a logic inserted in the scenario.
Could I have a more direct contact with the Fibaro Factory?
Could I have an intervention directly from them?

    Thank You
