Hikvision DS-2CD2085FWD-I no Snapshot

Hello I have set up the camera Hikvision DS-2CD2085FWD-I and it works but I can't take pictures/SnapShot.

What can you do to make this work?

 

JPG URL: ISAPI/Streaming/channels/101/picture

MJPG Stream URL: IS API/Streaming/channels/102/preview

which firmware version are u running on your HikVision cam ? Do you get a snapshot but is it only a couple of bites ?

 

There was a security change last year in the firmware of HikVision what prevented the upload of the Snapshot

The camera works great but I don't get a photo by email when I press the photo button.

OK, i am working with another software platform.

Could you do the following :

- login directly to your hikvision camera

- go to tab configuration

- go to security,

- go to tab verification, what are the settings ?

- go to tab security service, is this option ticked ?

With the old camera I could click on the symbol and a photo was sent to me by email

Try to enter the JPG path without ISAPI /, Enter only /Streaming/channels/1/picture

Hi the path is right for me, I just had to remove the http://

then the sending of the pictures worked again
