Can I use TMP switch from door sensor like a button?

rss

Question

I have a door sensor free, without any use.

Because I don't have a switch light in balcony I want to put a door sensor (without any wire or additional switch like IN input mode) to turn on / off balcony light. It is very easy, look nice and it is mobile.

Repeat, I know, I can use a switch connecting to input IN but I don't want that. I need to use just door sensor and TMP push button from back.

Can I do this? It is possible?

It is a setup for this?

  • The only thing that worked was:

    1. door sensor associated (in group 2) with device which i want to command (fibaro wall plug in my case)

    2. wall plug set parameter 35 - 1 ( turn on connected device. LED ring signals an alarm through defined time period (parameter 39) or untill the alarm is cancelled)

but this work only one way.... just turn on my light in balcony, without turn off

So... it is just half solution, for compromise...

I'm in balcony i can use door sensor (TMP button) for turn on the light, and i can turn off from switch from the house....

In this case if help for somebody in other situations.... good luck
