Hi.

I made scene to control closing the Blinds. Now I put only one "if" but I have many condition. How can I manage to always monitor changes in variables and temp in scene? (loop?). Now scene starts only when I press start and conditions are fulfilled.

Also,  for second condition I will use again "if-then".

Is that correct or I need different approach?

For blinds that are not that latency dependant I would maybe use a continuous loop and use a Virtual Device. I would probably check "if" and "what" to do no more often than every 60s (i.e use "fibaro:sleep") to not put unnecessary load on the HC2.  But it depends what you you want to accomplish. See below...

For I light that I want to turn on instantly, I would use a scene with a motion trigger.

For I light that I want to turn on instantly and have reset motion trigger, I would use a scene with a motion trigger that goes into a continuous "while" or "repeat" loop to detect new motion to reset the light timer. When no more motion within timer period scene dies and can later trigger again.
