Exclude from alarm- device still shows in alarm panel

Dunkigrease

Question

I would expect that when I view the alarm panel any devices that I have set to exclude from the Alarm system would either not be shown at all or shown as excluded, but they still appear as before. Ludicrous.

@Dunkigrease  This has already been discussed on the Forum.

Please, read the rules and first steps of the Forum, and use the search tool before creating a post.

  • Why do you assume that I have not "read the rules" and performed a search of the forum first.

However the search came up with 25 pages of entries.  I am not going to spend time trawling through that many posts.  When I looked at the post in your response the title was pretty irrelevant to my search so I don't know how I can be expected to decipher every post.

I see from that post that it is apparently a  "feature".

Well that "feature" really doesn't help very much.    I am sure it cannot be beyond Fibaro's capabilities to show on the alarm panel which of the devices are actually included in the alarm and which are not.

If you read the rules you would know that duplicating posts is forbidden and could result in earning warning points.

As you've noticed yourself, the case has already been explained and there's nothing more I can add to it.
