Fibaro Cloud Down?

I cannot seem to access https://home.fibaro.com from the UK. I get 502 error (attached image). Anyone else having the same issue?

    I still can’t access my Fibaro...(the Netherlands), and the app does not seem to work either. Or is there an issue again?

    We're currently facing some technical issues from the side of our service provider. We've been informed that resolving them is a matter of hours. We're extremely sorry for the inconvenience but there's not much we can do beside waiting for our provider to come up with a solution. Please, have a bit more patience.

    I still cannot remotely connect  - not via home.fibaro.com and not via Android phone or tablet.

    And Alexa still does not work either.

     

    Any update on this? It's been almost 3 days...

    Most of our community is able to connect to their HC's, although some of you are still facing some issues and we're trying to find the case of them. You should contact our tech support.

    How can I contact tech support?

    I’m still facing huge problems an I do still not have any access via local or internet nor via app....

    As I do not physical switches for all my lights, I can’t switch them on or off now...
