Cannot delete (force remove) any dead device

Ok I've got loads of TRV's that I need to remove due a warranty claim and on the controller, I'm unable to force remove them or the Bluetooth sensors. Its driving me mad, any suggestions!

Try resetting them in a close proximity of the HC

I also have this problem on V4.180.

 

Some stuff has been removed, sold, and a device is broken (dimmer) so its not possible to interact with the device.

And the force remove doesn't work.

 

Is there something else i can try?
