Missing entries in the event panel

Question

Posted (edited)

Hi all,

I have several devices that are "log event enabled", but shows no entry in the event panel.

Can anyone point me it the right direction to solve this?, and by the way, is there a way to show scene activity in the event panel ?

Have you tried performing a test with one of those devices, say with a MS? Try to trigger it and see if it shows in the panel.

For the other question, no there is no way to do that.

Yes I have tried and nothing in the list.

I think I have the same with some devices in my other system as well.

I will investigate more, thank you for your support

Edit: Disregard my post. My info was wrong.

If it’s totally empty you might have turned off the two check boxes underneath the devices on the left soda of the screen, “sensors and something else “ :-)

Hi again, I seem to miss a room in the eventlist, the the device is Aeontec multisensor 5, and non of the events show up, and the room is not in the list either.
