[SOLVED]sendPhotoToUser not working?

Hi,

I have a Foscam webcam connected with HC2 (4.160) and I see the image in HC2's GUI. But when I click the camera button next to the image or when a LUA script executes

fibaro:call(362, "sendPhotoToUser", "2");

(where 362 is my webcam id and 2 is my user) I don't receive any picture. The same script also sends a normal email through

fibaro:call(2, "sendEmail", "sample", "sample")

and this email is correctly received.

 

So @T.Konopka is there some issue on Fibaro's gateway for emails with attached images?

Hi @rcanetta,

 

Check if your camera access credential in Fibaro settings are correct. I had this "issue" too. But only stream can be bypassed (viewed without user credentials), not sending snapshot.

Thanks after a reboot of everything (hc2, router and webcam) now it works fine!
